The goal was to ensure supervisors embrace the new strategy, brand, and organizational model while setting the stage for upcoming work culture changes. The challenge was to create an immersive event that would allow participants to genuinely experience the strategy and change.

The event took place at Helsinki's Kaapelitehdas, offering an industrial atmosphere that reflected the company's transformation. The space was designed to be flexible, promoting interaction, and incorporating the brand's values. Guests were given the opportunity to see and experience upcoming projects through AR technology and engaging activities.
The seminar space was dynamic and adaptable, fostering socialization and collaboration. The event embodied the brand's values, from sustainable catering to supporting staff well-being. Participants had hands-on encounters with the strategy, reinforcing their connection to the company's direction.
