Baltic Connector aimed to commemorate the gas pipeline completion, foster unity between Finland and Estonia, and ensure flawless execution of the inauguration ceremony. The challenge was to coordinate speeches, synchronize livestreams, and create a memorable experience despite the physical separation of the event locations.
Through precise minute-by-minute scheduling, expert technical orchestration, and the use of a top-notch moderator, Baltic Connector brought together the CEOs of both organizations, along with congratulatory messages from Presidents Niinistö and Kaljulaid and Minister Lintilä. The event incorporated a visual identity inspired by the gas pipeline, seamlessly blending it into the overall design.
Guests witnessed seamless transmissions of speeches and messages, fostering a sense of shared accomplishment and unity. The event venue, security arrangements, and media interactions were meticulously planned to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
